Change of Deadline and Registration for 2022 PhD program with President Scholarship

The deadline of 2021 is changed due to Covid-19 epidemic. It is February 28 for March intake, and June 10 for September. Due to the chaotic situations caused by epidemic, some school and professors may not accept applicant in March 2022. As a result, application will be reconsidered for September intake if not in March intake. The registration time will be postponed to September for all successful applicants of March intake
